Appearance:

Macroscopic Abscess of the testis. Cut section of the testis is soft, light yellow with thick white liquid.

Microscopic Sertoli cells with irregular shapes, large nuclei forming the columnar cells. Many inflammatory and necrotic cells. Many fibrous cells.
