Gross findings:

Ulcerative lesion, ill demarcated.

Tumor measures 5 cm in diameter.

Cut section is friable and brown.
   
Microscopic findings: Tumor necrosis present, no invasion to surrounding connective tissue. High cellular differentiation, medium nuclear pleomorphism, and low mititoic activity. Lymphocytic response positive.
