Gross findings:

Tumor size 4 x 5 cm. Smooth, demarcated.

Cut section soft and ivory-white.
   
Microscopic findings: The specimen is composed of many glands covered by benign columnar cells, with some papillary formations. Hyperplastic fibrous tissues are present and there is inflammation with lymphocytes.
