Gross findings:

Kidney tumor 10x9 cm. Smooth walls. Hemorrhagic around the lesion.
White in color. Many lymph nodes in the abdomen.
   
Microscopic findings: Poorly differentiated large cell lymphoma. Biopsy shows malignant lympho cells which have clear cytoplasm with vacuoles. Nuclei have irregular nuclear membranes, cytoplasm is granular. The tumor cells diffusely permeate the renal parenchyma.
