Location:

Right lower lobe.

Gross findings:

Tumor size 5 x 7 x 6 cm.

Cut section hemorrhagic and dark red.

Microscopic findings:

Biopsy shows malignant cells. There are oval and spindle cells. The cells are irregular, have clear cytoplasm with vacuoles. Nuclei have irregular nuclear membranes, cytoplasm is granular or vacuolated with large nucleoli.
