PATHOLOGY DATA

  
Location: Right upper lobe.  
   
Gross findings:

Tumor size 3 x 4 cm.

Cut section hemorrhagic and dark red.
   
Microscopic findings: Tumor shows malignant cells. The malignant cells are large and cuboidal and columnar. The cells are irregular and clear. The malignant cells have clear cytoplasm with vacuoles.  Nuclei have irregular nuclear membranes, cytoplasm is granular or vacuolated with large nuclei. Many monstrous nuclei.
