Location: Right lower lobe.  
   
Gross findings:

Tumor size 6 x 6 x 4 cm.

Cut section hemorrhagic, necrotic and gray/white.
   
Microscopic findings: Tumor composed of malignant epithelial cells irregular big nuclei, coarse chromatin, bizarre nuclei, and mitosis. Tumor necrosis; positive. Blood vessel invasion; negative. Lymphocytic response; positive.
