PATHOLOGY DATA

  
Location: Left upper lobe.  
   
Gross findings:

Tumor size 6 x 5 cm.

Cut section hemorrhagic and dark red.

Axillary lymph node: 1
   
Microscopic findings: Tumor shows malignant cells. The malignant cells are large and cuboidal or columnar. The cytoplasm is granular and vacuolated with large nucleoli. Nuclei have irregular nuclear membranes. Many monstrous nuclei and neutrophil cells. Axillary lymph node is positive.
