Gross findings:

Tumor size 4 x 2.5 cm.

Cut section hemorrhagic and dark red.
   
Microscopic findings: Tumor shows malignant cells. The cells are irregular and clear. The cytoplasm stains faintly basophilic. Nuclei have irregular nuclear membranes. The cells have enlarged nuclei with high N/C ratios.
