Gross findings:

Tumor size 5 x 5 x 6 cm.

Cut section hemorrhagic and gray/white.

Microscopic findings:

Well differentiated. Tumor composed of papillae with fibrovascular cores lined by columnar cells with vesicular nuclei containing very prominent nucleoli and irregular nuclei, coarse chromatin. Tumor necrosis and hemorrhagic; positive. Blood vessel invasion; negative. Lymphocytic response; positive.
