Location:

Right inferior lobe.

Gross findings:

Tumor size 5 x 5 x 4 cm.

Cut section hemorrhagic and gray/white.

Microscopic findings:

Tumor composed of papillae with fibrovascular cores lined by columnar cells with vesicular nuclei containing very prominent nucleoli and irregular nuclei, coarse chromatin. The glandular structure also were presented. Tumor necrosis and hemorrhagic; positive. Blood vessel invasion; negative. Lymphocytic response; positive.
