Location:              Right Kidney.  
   
Gross Findings:

Tumor measures 8 cm in diameter, ill demarcated, moderately differentiated.

Cut section soft, white, and shows necrotic foci.

   
Microscopic findings: Sections show a proliferation of malignant tumor cells with large, round, irregular nuclei, and abundant cytoplasm. Nuclear chromatin is coarse with prominent nuclei. Mitotic figures are abundant. Many multinucleated cells are present. The tumor cells form clusters or sheets invading the stroma. The stroma is necrotic and infiltrated by numbers of lymphocytes, plasma cells, eosinophils, and neutrophils.
