Location: Right Kidney.  
   
Gross findings:

Tumor size 8 cm. Ill demarcated.

Cut section, soft and white.
   
Microscopic findings:

Sections show a proliferation of malignant epithelial cells with small basophilic, irregular nuclei, and abundant cytoplasm. Nuclear chromatin is coarse with prominent nuclei. Mitotic figures are low. Cytoplasm is clear. Some areas have dilated acini that form microglandular structures containing secretory material. The stroma is mucinous, degenerative and infiltrated by large numbers of lymphocytes, plasma cells, eosinophils and neutrophils.
