Gross findings:

Tumor size 6 x 5 cm.

Cut section is soft, white.
   
Microscopic findings: Tissue sections show malignant columnar cells arranged in glands. The malignant cells have clear cytoplasm with vacuoles. Many irregular and monstrous nuclei. The malignant cells have invaded into the colon wall.
