Location: Colon.  
   
Gross findings:

Polyp size 1.5 cm diameter. With cauliflower shape.

Cut surface is soft, pink-gray.

   
Microscopic findings: Tissue sections show normal columnar epithelium and proliferation of mucinous glands. The epithelial cells are cuboidal or columnar with round, uniform nuclei and abundant cytoplasm. Some glands are enlarged.The stroma is infiltrated by large numbers of lymphocytes, plasma cells, eosinophils, and neutophils. Blood vessels are congestive.
