Location: Right breast.  
   
Gross findings:

Tumor size 3 x 3 x 3 cm, ill demarcated.

Cut section hard and gray/white.

Ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes examined:              12
   
Microscopic findings: The tumor is composed of islands of epithelial cells with coarse chromatin. The tumor cells appear to be floating in the mucinous pool. The lymph nodes show negative.
